In-Person Nervous System & Emotional Reset in Double Bay - held at Better Balance Wellness This first session is a chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what’s going on beneath the surface: emotionally, physically or energetically. We’ll gently explore what your system is holding and what it’s ready to release. Using a blend of EFT tapping, Heart Coherence, Somatic EMDR and intuitive energy healing, I’ll guide you through a trauma-informed process that supports your nervous system, helps you feel more grounded and creates space for meaningful inner change.
